Making A Purchase:
To buy from our online collection click 'add to basket' next to the items you wish to buy this will put them into your Paypal shopping cart.
We accept payment through Paypal, we do not charge you for using this service which is quick and easy. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Prices are shown in British Pound Sterling only. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of confirmation of payment from Paypal. For deatils of Paypal security systems see the Paypal website

Shipping And Handling:
Postage costs are £2.50 no matter how large your order. All orders are dispatched as soon as possible using 1st class post, for all U.K deliveries.
All items are inspected prior to dispatch to make sure that they are of the best quality. We will pack your order carefully so that it arrives safely.

Delivery Schedule:
We will normally dispatch your order within 7 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

Returns:
Prior to returning your item, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your product is faulty or defective and you return it to us in it's original packaging and in the same condition as it was shipped, we will replace the item at no extra charge or refund you the cost of the product. We are not responsible for the carriage fees of any item where the item is not defective. We will be happy to refund the cost of carriage paid on returns if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or defective merchandise. We will not be responsible for any local custom fees charged at point of entry into your country.
N.B. The above does NOT apply to earrings - For hygiene reasons it is normal not to be able to return such items.

Your right to cancel
We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases, however, you do have the right to cancel your order at any time after it has been made until seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods with the exception of earrings - For hygiene reasons it is normal not to be able to return such items. Please give us notice, by e-mail or post, of your wish to cancel. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including postage and packaging costs. Please note that we cannot agree to cancellation in the case of items made to your specification where work has already commenced or materials ordered.

Returning goods following cancellation
Following notification of your wish to cancel your order please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of their direct return to us.
